New, from Benjy Levit

French inspired neighborhood bistro, classic in technique with modern interpretations

A Restaurant
With a Distinctive Approach

Benjy Levit, owner of Local Foods, Local Foods Market, and Lees Den transformed the space at 5117 Kelvin Drive in Rice Village into a community bistro. Eau Tour (water journey) is an exciting, creative concept focusing on an easy and relaxing atmosphere serving chef-driven, shareable feasts, perfect for a gathering with friends and family.

The cozy 2,000 square foot space is accessible via the Kelvin Drive entrance. There is bar seating for 11 guests with booth and banquette seating for 60. The space also features a tree-topped covered patio accessible by elevator on the east side of the building.

The community bistro concept features a playful but focused approach to food: stylistically contemporary French cuisine with a lighter fare. The menu centers around a wood burning Josper oven with a flair for seafood, featuring a boisterous wine selection and heavy pour cocktail program. The kitchen is led by executive chef Kent Domas, previously of The Classic, Alice Blue, and Bernadine’s.
